Volunteer signups are open for KimoKawaii 3

 

We are looking for volunteers for the following areas:
☛ AV Department

Help setup, assist and maintain audio visual equipment. Provide tech support during main events and panels.
☛ Badge Check

Verify attendees' badges and wrist bands to ensure they have valid entry. Check information and assist attendees. 
☛ Cosplay Contest

Assist the cosplay contest coordinator right before and during the contest. This also includes helping the judges and contestants. 
☛ Fashion Show

Assist the fashion show coordinator with any duties such as setting up and organization.
☛ Guest Assistance

Provide assistance to KimoKawaii's guests, documenting transactions, offer hospitality and represent event organizers.
☛ Panel Room assistance

Assist with organization, setup and a smooth running of panel discussions. Tech support, time keeping and cleanup.
☛ Registration

Greet and help attendees check in, provide information, answer questions, assist with merch items, collect feedback.

☛ Setup day

Assist during the day of setup for KimoKawaii. Setup will be Friday 5/31/24, there are times all throughout the day. You will help in the overall setting up to prepare for opening day. 

☛ Street Team

Assist with marketing and promotion. This will include things like attending events wiIth us, passing out flyers, social media posts and getting the community to engage with KimoKawaii!

☛ Undesignated

If you are not sure which department to choose but you want to be involved this one is perfect! We will float you around where we could really use the help. Undesignated volunteers tend to save the day!
☛ Vendor & Artist assistance

Assist our vendor coordinator with anything to do with vendors and artists. Assistance needed on setup day and throughout the weekend.
